F48 HAZZARD
THE LAST OF THE MOHICANS – THE FIRST OF A NEW TRIBE

With BONANZA phasing out like cowboys and indians did, F48 HAZZARD picks up a yeeehaw! way more contemporary perspective on rucksacks.

We’ve always thought of the backpack as the more square brother of the messenger. It’s what mountaineers wear, soldiers, cross-country skiers, and (psst!) Markus Freitag. While messengers are sideways and floppy, backpacks are straight and centered. You can even hear it in the name: is there a more square word than ruCKsaCK or baCKpaCK?

But don’t get us wrong: in terms of overt or covert functionality, the F48 HAZZARD is probably one of the smartest FREITAG bags there ever was – with comfortable padding, hiding straps, electronics compartments up to 17" and tons of quick-access pockets. What can we say? Sometimes it just pays to be square.
