Online coupons are sent not physically but as electronic coupons to the given email address. 

Shipping Price
The shipping price depends on the order and is indicated in the shopping cart. 

Additional Costs
Orders not shipped within Switzerland or the European Union are generally subject to import duties and local valued added taxes which must be paid upon receipt. These costs are borne by the recipient. Due to the different customs and valued added tax provisions, we cannot put an exact number on the total additional costs incurred. The customs office of the recipient country can provide further information.

Clearing currency and withholding tax
If you have placed an order in CHF and you decide to have it delivered within the EU region, the currency and the VAT will be adjusted according to the country. This will also be done if you place an order in EUR and then wish to deliver to a country outside the EU.

How do I know if my delivery will incur additional costs?
If the total price including value added tax is indicated in the shopping cart, there will be no additional costs. If the total price is given excluding value added tax, additional costs are to be expected upon delivery.

Delivery to mailboxes is unfortunately not possible. All deliveries by the above mentioned courier services are furnished with a tracking number which is sent by email in the shipping confirmation. Contact details or links to the relevant courier services can also be found in the shipping confirmation. 

Customers in Switzerland have the possibility to pick up their order in the shop in Zurich. In order to do so, after completing your order please send us an email at onlineshop@freitag.ch. We will then inform you when your order is ready for pick up.
