Care Instructions

Because F-ABRIC fibers take in odors more slowly than conventional cotton and synthetic fibers, they don’t have to be washed every time you wear them.

Even if you spend your free time in mud baths, our fabrics only need to be washed at 30°C and they’ll be clean again.

Our fabrics don’t like dryers – they like to be hung out in the fresh air. The best way to dry your F-ABRIC piece is to lay it on a flat surface, which also saves you from having to iron it.

F-ABRIC meets all the requirements of the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100/ Class I: Our products are therefore approved for babies and infants, too (incl. the harmful substances requirements of European REACH legislation).

NOTHING BUT A LASTING IMPRESSION

Whether you wear it open or buttoned up to the neck, the important thing is that the cycle is closed: the new E171 FEMALE DRESS is a sharp model that leaves nothing behind but a lasting impression. It's made of resource-saving linen and is 100 % biodegradable all the way through to the ivory nut buttons. Thanks to the gently falling Délavé material and the cut, with its long, covered placket, dandy collar and waistband, it molds itself flatteringly to any BMI. And will go on doing so for a few autumns, winters and springs, until it completely degrades on the compost heap. And because any woman should have at least two of these multipurpose models in her wardrobe, the E171 FEMALE DRESS is available in two colors.

F-ABRIC IS PRODUCED IN EUROPE

Bast fibres are known for their sturdiness and thermoregulating qualities. The challenge is to process these fibres into a fabric which continues to impress, even in the ultimate product form.

FROM FIBERS TO F-ABRIC

Twenty years after Daniel and Markus Freitag gave new life to old truck tarps, FREITAG has created for itself an all-new, biodegradable textile, that is produced right here in Europe.
