MATERIALS

Individual iPhone protector comprising a shell made of flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and a polycarbonate core covered with a piece of recycled truck tarp.

Soft shell, hard core

The CASE for iPhone is a close-fitting, customized protective cover with a flexible, shock-absorbing edge and a hard-shell core. The elevated ridge around the edge protects the screen and the reverse side is personalized with a piece of used truck tarp, so you can identify your iPhone even without face recognition. All for a care-free life and cable-free charging.

Unlike its predecessor, BUMPER, the CASE no longer contains a metal plate. This makes it lighter, but it will no longer be attracted to magnets.

What can the new cases do and what not?

The hard plastic case of CASES offers reliable iPhone protection for the average clumsy user. It is stable, light, flexible and, naturally, not quite as secure as a giant safe. We feel that any information on the safe fall height of these kinds of products is a bit untrustworthy, since iPhone protectors are no different to bumpers, bike helmets or bodyguards: active protection leaves its mark on the protector and can shorten its lifespan. That’s what it's there for, so we can only ensure a limited lifespan for hard plastic cases.
